About us

The company NOVABRIK CZECH, s.r.o. is a joint venture of the Canadian company Novabrik International Inc. and Ing. Křivinka Zdeněk. Novabrik International Inc. is the owner of patent rights to manufacture facade bricks Novabrik with appurtenances and of the NOVABRIK trademark. Ing. Křivinka Zdeněk is the owner of the STAVOBLOCK trademark and of patent rights to manufacture blocks for the implementation of retaining walls and partition walls Stavoblock.

The company NOVABRIK CZECH, s.r.o. has two lines of business. One is the manufacturing of building materials and construction products and the other is wholesale.

2013

In March, we have launched new web pages.

2012

Our production supplemented with new product - Novabrik Lite.

2011

Construction of new manufacturing plant for ground surfaces of products and its putting into operation. Modernization, handling of products for finishing semi-finished products by splitting.

The company Krystal Beset s.r.o. was removed as a business associate of the company Novabrik Czech, s.r.o and Ing. Křivinka Zdeněk became the new business associate.

2010

Implementation of a project for the technology of moulding products renewal. Construction of a new bulk container for pearlite. Construction of a warehouse for anchor accessories and thermal insulation. Reconstruction of paved storage spaces with road infrastructure.

2009

Implementation of a renewal of technology for preparation of concrete mixtures.

2008

The range of products of the company was extended by the Tri-Lock product, transport and erosion control pavement.

2007

We are introducing the production of lightweight blocks for retaining walls – Novablok Easy.

2006

The production of thermal insulation facade facings – Novabrik Therm - was introduced.

Září 2005

Recognition of company quality management ISO 9001:2001.

Březen 2005

The production of innovated brick types - model 100split and model 100smooth which replaced the original model 75split - was introduced.

Červen 2004

Commissioning of the plant and official production launch.

Prosinec 2003

The construction of new roof sheathing was completed.

Říjen 2003

The technological section including automation was reconstructed.

Září 2003

A low point in the company´s history. The manufacturing plant was subject to an arson attack which resulted in considerable damage. 1,350 m2 of roofs, including insulation and acoustic ceilings, were completely destroyed.

Červenec 2003

Change of ownership. The company Novabrik International, the owner of the company Novabrik Europe Inc., became the new co-owner.

Duben 2003

Successful launch of trial operation manufacturing facade bricks Novabrik and blocks for retaining walls and fences Novablok.

Leden 2002

The construction of the plant in Polička – Leník commenced with the purchase of ca. 10,000 m2 of estate which included older agricultural buildings and warehouses.

2001

Foundation of the manufacturing company Novabrik Czech, s.r.o. by signing the founding partnership agreement by the company Novabrik Europe Inc. Canada and by the company Krystal Beset s.r.o. Česko.
